TO ASSIST IN THE REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT OF PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS BY THE PROVISION OF HOSTELS, GROUP HOMES AND SINGLE-PERSON RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION, AND REST AND CONVALESCENT HOMES FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS.
