TO PROMOTE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION TRAINING AND GENERAL CARE OF CHILDREN AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE CHILDREN WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN PHYSICALLY SEXUALLY OR EMOTIONALLY DAMAGED OR THOSE WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN MENTALLY OR EDUCATIONALLY HANDICAPPED AND TO UNDERTAKE SUCH WORK AS MAY BE CHARITABLE FOR THE WELFARE OF SUCH CHILDREN WHO MAY OTHERWISE BE IN NEED OF SUCH WELFARE AND TO UNDERTAKE SUPPORT AND PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES EFFECTS AND METHODS OF PREVENTING OR REDUCING THE MISTREATMENT OF CHILDREN. 2. TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THOSE INVOLVED IN THE CARE AND WELFARE OF SUCH CHILDREN INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) RELATIVES FOSTER PARENTS CHILDMINDERS FIELD AND RESIDENTIAL SOCIAL WORKERS AND MANAGERS OF SOCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENTS. 3.
