The objects of the Charity are, for the public benefit, for the relief of dysfunction in children and young persons (“the Beneficiaries”) with motor disorders and related neurological impairments by the provision of education and therapies and in particular but without limitation by any or all of the following:a) The education and care of people who have motor disorders and related neurological impairments, particularly but not exclusively the Beneficiaries, including the conduct and maintenance of a special school (“the School”) within the meaning of the Education Acts and of a transition service for the Beneficiaries.b) The promotion of therapy, care and counselling to the Beneficiaries and their families.c) The improvement of public knowledge, understanding and awareness of the life and needs of the Beneficiaries and their families and in particular but without limitation by training and the promotion of research and the publication of the useful results of such research.
