(3) TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT SO AS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THE ACTIVITIES OF FAMILY AND LOCAL HISTORY SOCIETIES IN RAISING AWARENESS OF SOCIAL FAMILY AND LOCAL HISTORY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK. (4) TO MAKE SMALL GRANTS FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN PARTICULAR TO THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN PARISHES WHERE DESCENDANTS OF BENJAMIN GIBSON WYNES RESIDE.
