TO APPLY THE SAME TO OR FOR THE REMISSION IN WHOLE OR IN PART OF THE FEES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE PARTICIPATION IN COURSES PROVIDED AT KILVE COURT OF YOUNG PEOPLE FROM DEPRIVED OR NECESSITOUS BACKGROUNDS AND IN ATTENDANCE PRIMARILY AT SOMERSET SCHOOLS WHO IN THE OPINION OF THEIR RESPECTIVE HEAD TEACHERS WOULD BENEFIT FROM PARTICIPATING IN SUCH COURSES BUT WHO WITHOUT SOME REMISSION OF THEIR FEES WOULD BE UNABLE FOR FINANCIAL REASONS TO DO SO.
