3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (OBJECTS) ARE THE RELIEF OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE AND THOSE WITH OTHER DISABILITIES AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION AND THE PROMOTION OF AND ASSISTANCE WITH (EITHER ALONE OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHERS) SERVICES FOR AND WITH BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE AND DISABLED PEOPLE TO ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
