The Charity’s objects are specifically restricted to the following: 5.1 The relief of poverty and the furtherance of education of those who are homeless by reason of adverse circumstances and who are in need of help in acquiring a settled way of life by:5.1.1 The provision of temporary accommodation;5.1.2 The provision of short-term accommodation;5.1.3 The provision of assistance in finding suitable longer term places to live; 5.1.4 The provision of education and training to help people who have been homeless to acquire the skills they need to rebuild their lives and become independent; and5.1.5 The provision of support and advice, including health and wellbeing services to promote better mental health and wellbeing.5.2 The relief of those in need because of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in particular by (but not limited to):5.2.1 Promoting awareness of homelessness and its causes; and5.2.2 Providing support, advice and information to prevent homelessness.
