THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM TO THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS : TO HOLD THE SAME TO BE DISTRIBUTED BY THE TRUSTEES IN SUCH MANNER AND AT SUCH TIME AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE:1) TO DENVILLE HALL (REGISTERED CHARITY NO. 209480) AND KING GEORGE V PENSION FUND (REGISTERED CHARITY NO. 210740) FOR SO LONG AS BOTH ARE IN EXISTENCE PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT ALL DISTRIBUTIONS TO THE SAID BENEFICIARIES SHALL BE IN EQUAL SHARES; AND 2)IN THE EVENT THAT EITHER OF THE SAID BENEFICIARIES SHALL CEASE TO EXIST TO THE SOLE REMAINING BENEFICIARY FOR SO LONG AS IT SHALL EXIST; AND3) THEREAFTER FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
