THE RELIEF OF THE FINANCIAL NEEDS OF THOSE APPLYING FOR BAIL UNDER IMMIGRATION LEGISLATION AND BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH OTHER LEGAL AND RELATED SERVICES.
