(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF GRAVESEND GRAMMAR SCHOOL FOR BOYS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FROM THE REVENUE FUND, WHICH MAY INCLUDE FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION, LEISURE AND THE PERFORMING ARTS SO AS TO ADVANCE THE PHYSICAL AND ARTISTIC EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AND TO ASSIST THEM IN GROWING TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. (11) TO MAKE AVAILABLE THE FACILITIES (AT TIMES WHEN NOT REQUIRED FOR USE BY THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL) FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF GRAVESHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
