THE PROVISION OF GOODS OR ITEMS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY ASTHMA NURSES OR A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL FOR INDIVIDUAL CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ASSIST IN THEIR CARE AND/OR WELL BEING, WHICH ARE CURRENT AND RELEVANT AT THE TIME OF REQUEST.
