Charitable objects

The objects of the charity (the “objects”) are: (i) to advance health, including by advancing the prevention, diagnosis and cure of any form of cancer or related illness and the treatment and care of persons suffering from such illness or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness; (ii) to relieve the hardship of those suffering from any form of cancer or related illness, including the relief of hardship of any dependents or affected family; and (iii) to advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to any form of cancer or related illness including through the advancement and dissemination of research, in each case with particular emphasis on children in the developing world.
