(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND.(2) SUBJECT TO SUB-CLAUSE (3) BELOW, THE LAND MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY.(3) THE TRUSTEES MAY ALLOW THE LAND TO BE USED BY PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES. THE TRUSTEES MUST ENSURE THAT ANY SUCH USE WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE USE OF THE LAND BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
