RELIEVE DISABLED AND ELDERLY PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF A DAY CENTRE AND ADVICE AND INFORMATION IN THE PRINCIPAL AREA OF BENEFIT; AND 1V.
