FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THE EDUCATION OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE FROM EAST AND WEST AFRICA AND WHO HAVE SETTLED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.3.
