THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN BOSNIA AND OTHER EUROPEAN STATES ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT")TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND MATERIAL SUPPORT TO YOUNG BOSNIAN PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING HARDSHIP AS A DIRECT OR INDIRECT RESULT OF THE 1992-1995 CIVIL WAR.
