TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTH SPORT AND RECREATION, BY PROVIDING SUITABLE FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE A VARIETY OF SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL PURSUITS TO TAKE PLACE. THEY WILL CREATE AND ENVIRONMENT WHICH ENCOURAGES PARTICIPATION IN SPORT AND RECREATION FOR ALL PERSONS IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE, RACE, SEX, RELIGION, ABILITY (WHETHER DISABLED OR NOT) AND SOCIAL ECONOMIC BACKGROUND. IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE COMMUNITY OF SOUTH BRENT, AN OPEN ACCESS POLICY WILL EXIST TO ENSURE THAT NO ONE IS EXCLUDED FROM PARTICIPATION.
