IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE COMMUNITY OF SOUTH BRENT, AN OPEN ACCESS POLICY WILL EXIST TO ENSURE THAT NO ONE IS EXCLUDED FROM PARTICIPATION.
