C) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROTECT, AND PRESERVE PUBLIC HEALTH, PARTICULARLY BY MEDICATION CENTRE AND PROVISION OF ADVICE. D) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE PUBLIC WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, PARTICULARLY, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY THE PROVISION OF SUMMER CAMPS AND YOUTH AND WIDOWS CENTRE...DE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION.
