THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING AND THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE UNEMPLOYED, SOCIALLY ISOLATED OR THOSE WHO HAVE MENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL HEALTH PROBLEMS 1.3.
