THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION WITHIN THE INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, TRAINING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO REGISTERED CHARITIES ENGAGED IN HEALTH, WELFARE OR EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS IN THE INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE BENEFITING CHILDREN.
