FOR THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND POVERTY OF REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS FROM SOMALIA, SOMALILAND, DJIBOUTI, ETHIOPIA, ERITREA AND OTHER EAST AFRICAN COUNTRIES WHO ARE RESIDENT OR ARE INTENDING TO RESIDE IN THE SOUTH EAST LONDON BOROUGHS BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH FREE AND PRACTICAL ADVICE, SUPPORT AND REPRESENTATION IN AREAS SUCH AS ESOL, BASIC SKILLS TO HELP FIND WORK AND ACCESS TO SERVICES THEREBY FACILITATING INTEGRATION AND UNDERSTANDING WITHIN THE WIDER COMMUNITY. 3.
