2.2.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC ARTS, MUSIC, SPEECH, DRAMA AND DANCE IN ALL THEIR BRANCHES AND TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN THE SAID ARTS; AND2.2.2 THE ASSISTANCE AND FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE BY DEVELOPING PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND BY IMPROVING PUBLIC ACCESS TO AND THE QUALITY OF THE ARTS; AND2.2.3 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
