3. APPLICATION OF INCOME.THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS")1. TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OF MUSLIM DETAINEES AND FORMER DETAINEES, WHO HAVE BEEN HELD IN CUSTODY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THEIR FAMILIES.2. TO RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OF THE FAMILIES OF BRITISH MUSLIM CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS WHO ARE BEING DETAINED IN DETENTION FACILITIES OUTSIDE THE UK.THESE OBJECTS WILL BE ACHIEVED IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:-(A) THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND OTHER SUCH PRACTICAL SUPPORT AS NEEDED BY THE FAMILIES.(B) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHEN THE NEED ARISES. (C) ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND GENERAL SUPPORT.
