THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REGION OF EGYPT, PRINCIPALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY MAKING GRANTS FOR SUCH PERSONS TO BE EMPLOYED ON ARCHAEOLOGICAL EXCAVATIONS IN THIS AREA.
