APPLICATION OF INCOMETHE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (¶THE OBJECTS÷) WHICH ARE TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE UK IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING OR WHO MAY SUFFER FROM A CONGENITAL ILLNESS OR WHO ARE IN NEED OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OR CARE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
