PROVIDING FACILITIES OR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF DEAF PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN; AND5. PROMOTING SOCIAL INCLUSION OF DEAF PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN.
