2.2 THE OBJECTS ARE :-2.2.1 TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE RESIDENT IN ENGLAND AND WALES WHO ARE IN NEED, BY PROVIDING ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.2.2.2 TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND POOR HEALTH AMONG ELDERLY PEOPLE.2.2.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT SCHOOLS SITUATED IN ENGLAND AND WALES BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT REQUIRED TO B E PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THOSE SCHOOLS. 2.2 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
