APPROPRIATE AGENCIES WILL BE IDENTIFIED FROM TIME TOTIME TO HELP PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING THESE PULL OFEXPERTISE, OUR SISTER CHURCHES WILL BE SUPPORTING THIS ROLE. SOMEMEMBERS HAVE REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND EXPERTISE WHOARE ALREADY WORKING IN THOSE FIELDS WILL PROVIDE VOLUNTARY ADVICE. SOMEHAVE GRADUATE QUALIFICATIONS IN SOCIAL WORK, CRIME AND REHABILITATION,HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS, SOCIAL CARE AND HEALTH AND SAFETY. AND3.1.3 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN SUCH WAYS AND IN SUCH PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOMOR THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME MAY THINK FIT.3.1.4 TO REFORM AND REHABILITATE PERSONS WHO ARE FOR THE TIME BEING OR WHOHAVE AT ANY TIME BEEN DRUG ADDICTS, HOMELESS OR SOCIAL DEVIANTS INPARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT. THISOBJECT WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH PARTNERSHIP WORKING WITH BOTH PRIVATEAND PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNTYCOUNCIL (DRUG UNIT), NORTHAMPTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (HOUSING &HOMELESS DEPARTMENT).3.2 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHURCH IN PROMOTINGTHE OBJECTS.
