THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS") ARE THE PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATION OF THECHILDREN OF COMMERCIAL TRAVELLERS, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE NOTATTAINED THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS, AND PRIMARILY OF THE DESTITUTE ORPHANS OFDECEASED AND THE CHILDREN OF NECESSITOUS COMMERCIAL TRAVELLERS("BENEFICIARIES") IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:(I) IN AWARDING THE BENEFICIARIES EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES,MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL,UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNINGAPPROVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES;(II) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS,INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVINGSCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TOPREPARE FOR, OR TO ASSIST THEIR ENTRY INTO, A PROFESSION, TRADEOR CALLING;(III) IN AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TOASSIST BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL, WHETHER IN THIS COUNTRY ORABROAD, IN ORDER TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION;(IV) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TOSTUDY MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS; AND(V) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL ANDPHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BENEFICIARIES.
