THE PROPERTY SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE OLD SCHOOL COMMUNITY CENTRE AND SHALLBE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THEINHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BURHAM IN THE COUNTY OF KENT WITHOUT DISTINCTIONOF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING THE USE FOR MEETINGS,LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIMEOCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAIDINHABITANTS. ACTIVITIES HELD WITHIN THE COMMUNITY CENTRE SHOULD NOT CAUSEOFFENCE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC OR TO ANY OF THE RESIDENTS.
