THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:(1) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PARTICIPATING IN THE SPORT OF KARATE.(2) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND/SOUTH TYNESIDE BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH SERVICES/GOODS WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.(3) TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
