OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY(1) THE PRIMARY OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT, INCLUDING USE FOR: (A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND (B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, AND TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. THERE IS A RESTRICTION TO THE ABOVE IN THAT THE TRUSTEES HAVE TO ALLOW THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL TO HAVE FIRST RIGHT OF USE OF THE VILLAGE HALL ON SUNDAYS AND OTHER HOLY DAYS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND FREE OF RENT (BUT SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF COSTS). (2) THE SECOND OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO APPLY MONIES, INSOFAR AS THEY ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES SURPLUS TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE, TO OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (3) THE THIRD OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS, IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECTS SPECIFIED IN SUB-CLAUSES (1) AND (2) ABOVE, THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY IT IN THE MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF THE ALMSHOUSES. TO FACILITATE THE OBJECTS, THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS RADWINTER VILLAGE HALL DESCRIBED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE APPROPRIATED AND USED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
