5.1. THE OBJECTS ARE TO BE ACHIEVED IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION (C) BY MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS TO RECIPIENTS; AND (D) CONDUCTING RESEARCH AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. 5.3.
