THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLES IN RURAL AREAS IN SOUTHERN MOROCCO FOR :- A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVISION OF A SUBSISTENCE INCOME AND/OR BASKETS OF BASIC DAILY STAPLES PRIMARILY TO ELDERLY VILLAGERS WITH NO SOURCE OF INCOME AND TO VERY DEPRIVED AND VULNERABLE FAMILIES.(B)TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FUNDING OF LOCALLY APPROVED CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS THAT FOCUS ON SMALL PROJECTS DESIGNED TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF VILLAGERS WHO ARE IN SOME WAY SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED. THIS INCLUDES BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE SUCH AS BUILDING SMALL RURAL ROADS AND THE ERECTION OF BARRIERS TO LIMIT DAMAGES CAUSED BY FLOODING; (C)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY FINANCING AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND AFTER SCHOOL TUTORIAL LESSONS FOR CHILDREN FROM DEPRIVED BACKGROUND IN AREAS BETWEEN THE CITIES OF TIZNIT AND AGADIR IN SOUTHERN MOROCCO.
