IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY GRANT RELIEF TO INDIVIDUALS OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE WHO ARE RESIDENT IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE AREA OF BENEFIT, AND (C) EDUCATION - THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL HELP TO ENABLE SUITABLE APPLICANTS OVER THE AGE OF 16 AND RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT TO UNDERTAKE PROGRAMMES OF STUDY IN FURTHER OR HIGHER EDUCATION, OR TRAINING TOWARDS A VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, WHICH THEY WOULD OTHERWISE BE LESS ABLE TO AFFORD, AND (D) THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. PETER AND ST. PAUL, GREAT BOWDEN, PROVIDED THAT THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MUST NOT APPLY MORE THAN 0.5% (HALF OF ONE PERCENT) OF THE VALUE OF THE TOTAL ASSETS OF THE CIO AND ANY PERMANENT ENDOWMENT FUNDS THAT IT HOLDS WITHIN, IN ANY THREE YEAR PERIOD. AND THE AREA OF BENEFIT REFERENCED IN SUB-CLAUSES (A), (B) AND (C) OF THIS CLAUSE SHALL BE THE URBAN AREA OF LEICESTERSHIRE CENTRED ON MARKET HARBOROUGH, GREAT BOWDEN AND LITTLE BOWDEN.
