INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH AND ASSOCIATED CHARITIES IN THE EFFECTIVE USE OF THEIR RESOURCES;II. THE PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF URBAN REGENERATION IN THE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED AREAS OF SMETHWICK AND THE IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREAS BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANSA.
