HELPING THEM TO ADVANCE IN LIFE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; AND/ORB. ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION; AND/ORC. PROVIDING ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN PURBECK AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH ACTIVITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
