3.1 The objects of the CIO (the “Objects”) are specifically restricted to the advancement of education and the arts by the provision of musical services to St Gabriel’s Church, Pimlico (the “Church”), its parish and the surrounding area for the benefit of the public, including in particular:3.1.1the advancement and promotion of the arts for the benefit of the public, including through providing funding for choirs and associated staff, the members of the choirs to be drawn in particular from children and young adults living in Pimlico and the surrounding area who are in social need;3.1.2 the advancement of education for the benefit of the public through the provision of grants for music lessons, in the first instance for the benefit of children and young adults living in Pimlico and the surrounding area.
