TO PROVIDE THE RELIEF OF ANY PERSON AFFECTED BY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH ON ROADS OR IN MOTOR VEHICLES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH:(A) OFFERING COUNSELLING, ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO THE AFOREMENTIONED INDIVIDUALS, THEIR DEPENDANTS, RELATIVES OR FRIENDS.(B) PROVIDING EMERGENCY GRANTS, LOANS OR OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE AFOREMENTIONED INDIVIDUALS, THEIR DEPENDANTS, RELATIVES OR FRIENDS.3.
