3 (3) (A) THE COMPANY SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE RESIDUE OF THE SAID MONIES (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE PRINCE CHARITABLE TRUST FUND") UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR THE PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE TRAINING OF GUIDE DOGS FOR THE BLIND AND IT IS MY DESIRE BUT WITHOUT CREATING ANY BINDING TRUST UPON THE COMPANY THAT THE COMPANY SHALL PROVIDE THE TRAINING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GUIDE DOGS FOR THE BLIND ASSOCIATION OF 9 PARK STREET WINDSOR IN THE COUNTY OF BERKSHIRE AND I FURTHER DESIRE THAT EACH YEAR THE COMPANY SHALL FUND THE TRAINING OF ONE MALE DOG WHICH SHALL BE NAMED "PRINCE" AND ONE FEMALE DOG WHICH SHALL BE NAMED "PRINCESS".
