CREATE EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPECIAL MUSICAL EVENTS, WORKSHOPS AND MUSICAL PERFORMANCES; 4. OFFER CUSTOMISED MUSIC PROGRAMMES FOR PUPILS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS; 5. CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MORE ABLE AND VERY TALENTED PUPILS TO PARTICIPATE IN MASTER CLASSES; 6. PURCHASE INSTRUMENTS TO LEND TO PUPILS; 7. ALLOW FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED PUPILS TO COVER MUSIC FEES AND TRAVEL COSTS;8. ENHANCE THE MUSICAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY DURHAM MUSIC SERVICE TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR;
