ESPECIALLY BY HOLDING PRAYER MEETINGS AND LECTURES BY SCHOLARS AND RECITERS.IN PARTICULAR, THE NECESSITY OF THE DECLARATION OF THE 3RD TESTIMONY OF FAITH 'ALIYUN WALI ALLAH'.
