TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ISLAMIC CHARITIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND GUIDANCE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ON GOVERNANCE.3. THE RELIEF OF CHARITABLE NEED AMONGST MUSLIM AND NON-MUSLIM COMMUNITY IN SURREY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
