FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE THE PENRHYS PILGRIMAGE ROUTE IS A HERITAGE WALKING TRAIL FROM LLANDAFF TO PENRHYS LINKING SITES OF HISTORIC INTEREST.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011
