THE NOMINATED CHARITIES ARE ANY CHARITY OR CHARITIES REGISTERED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM THAT THE SETTLOR SHALL DURING HIS LIFETIME FROM TIME TO TIME IN HIS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AND DESIGNATE AS BEING A NOMINATED CHARITY OR THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AS BEING A NOMINATED CHARITY.
