IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE: A) TO RAISE FUNDS BY RECEIPT OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE ORGANISATION, BY THE STAGING OF SPECIAL EVENTS AND FUNCTIONS OF GENERAL, CULTURAL, AND EDUCATIONAL INTEREST TO THE PUBLIC, AND BY ANY OTHER MEANS COMPATIBLE WITH THE OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION DETAILED IN 2 ABOVE, AS MAY BE DETERMINED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE GOVERNING BODY (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE COMMITTEE.)B) TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL AMENITIES IN PARK HILL, ITS GROUNDS, AND ASSOCIATED BUILDINGS.C) TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR THE MUSEUM AND STUDY CENTRE.D) TO SUPPORT ANY SCHEME(S) WHICH BY ITS /THEIR NATURE AND PURPOSE SEEK TO FULFIL THE OBJECTS OF PENDLE HERITAGE CENTRE.E) TO DEFRAY ALL REASONABLE EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE FURTHERING AND ATTAINMENT OF THE OBJECTS OF THE FRIENDS, INCLUDING GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES OF THE OFFICERS OF THE ORGANISATION.
