THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY SUCH MONEY AS THEY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT IN MAKING PAYMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENABLING THE MANAGERS OR GOVERNORS OF ANY VOLUNTARY AIDED OR SPECIAL AGREEMENT SCHOOL IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF FULHAM, IN WHICH RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IS GIVING INACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, TO COMPLY WITH THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS, 1944 TO I962, AND THE REGULATIORY.S MADE THEREUNDER.THE RESIDUE OF THE NET INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:(A) IN AWARDING TO BENEFICIARIES EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, TRAINING COLLEGE FOR TEACHERS, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL)"EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES TO BE AWARDED UNDER RULES TO BE MADE BY THETRUSTEES, INCLUDING RULES AS TO THE VALUE AND PERIOD OF TENURE OF THE EXHIBITIONS AND THE QUALIFICATIONS AND METHOD OF ASCERTAINMENT AND SELECTION OF CANDIDATES;(B) IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUT FITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TOENABLE BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR OR TO ASSIST THEIR ENTRY INTO A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING;(C) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OFBENEFICIARIES.
