TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES IN THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
