(C) MAKING GRANTS FROM TIME TO TIME TO ORGANISATIONS WITHIN STAFFORDSHIRE THAT PROVIDE CARE AND OR GUIDANCE, HELP AND SUPPORT TO THOSE AFFECTED BY CANCER (D) BY RAISING AWARENESS OF ALL CANCERS TO PROMOTE EARLY CANCER DETECTION AND TO SAVE LIVES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. (E) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.
