THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:3.1. 3.1.1. THE PROVISION OF THE SCHOOL WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE EDUCATION ACTS (INCLUDING AN ACADEMY) IN WHICH RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINE OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND SHALL BE GIVEN; 3.1.2. POLEHAMPTON CHURCH OF ENGLAND INFANT SCHOOL AT HERMITAGE DRIVE, TWYFORD, READING REGISTERED AT HM LAND REGISTRY UNDER TITLE NUMBERS BK502933 AND BK 502671 MUST BE RETAINED FOR THE PURPOSE IN THIS SUBCLAUSE 3.1.1; 3.2. 3.2.1. THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED , HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND3.2.2.
